Astrid is a Filmmaker, Photographer, and Visual Artist Based in New Orleans, LA & Atlanta, GA. Astrid Studied Media Arts in High school at New Orleans Center for Creative Arts and she specialized in Directing, Filming, Editing, and Writing. Since the start of High school, Astrid has worked on a number of film/video projects with roles that vary from FX Makeup to Acting to directing.
Since the summer of 2021, She has worked with Eternal Seeds (non-profit) and studio BE in New Orleans, creating murals, participating in and hosting workshops, and collaborating with other organizations for projects. As a current member of the BElite Collective (run by black teen artists under eternal seeds) she has also collaborated in larger projects such as designing and constructing Art exhibits, and short films/content.
Since Summer '21, Astrid has also developed a skill in photography. She uses photography to capture moments in real life, but she also has a love for portraits.
Astrid is currently pursuing a b.f.a. in film and television at SCAD (Savannah college of art and design) in Atlanta, GA.
